Amaravati:
Starting February 1, the Andhra Pradesh government will revise land market values and registration rates across the state. Depending on development priorities, land prices are set to increase by 10-20%, while construction value in urban areas will see a hike of up to 6%.
How Will Land Prices & Registration Rates Change?
✅ Land market values will rise by 10-20% based on development potential.
✅ Construction costs in municipal and urban areas will increase by 6%.
✅ Rates for houses with tin sheds and temporary constructions will be ₹740, ₹580, and ₹420 per square foot.
✅ New pricing for apartment floors (per square foot):
- Ground Floor: ₹1,490
- First Floor: ₹1,270
- Second Floor: ₹900
This decision will significantly impact the real estate market, pushing buyers to rush registrations before the new rates take effect.
