The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) has launched a protest against the alliance government’s failure to release ₹3,900 crore in fee reimbursement funds, leaving thousands of students and parents struggling.
Statewide Protest on February 5
To highlight this issue, YSRCP has called for a massive protest on February 5, involving students and parents across all district headquarters. The party has demanded the immediate release of funds, accusing the government of neglecting students’ futures.
Severe Allegations Against the Government
YSRCP leaders have strongly criticized the Chandrababu Naidu-led government, alleging that it is deliberately blocking fee reimbursement payments as part of a political vendetta. They claim that this move is not only causing financial distress to parents but also jeopardizing students’ education.
A Fight for Students’ Rights
“Chandrababu’s government is trampling on students’ rights and completely ignoring education welfare. This protest is aimed at securing a better future for students,” YSRCP leaders stated.
The party has warned the government to act immediately, stating that if the issue is not resolved, YSRCP will intensify its agitation across the state.
