Regidi: The alliance government is allegedly misusing the BC Corporation subsidy loans by granting them only to ruling party workers, ignoring eligible beneficiaries, said YSRCP Rajam Constituency BC Cell President Karanam Srinivasa Rao.
Speaking to the media in Regidi on Wednesday, he criticized the government’s discriminatory approach. He recalled that the previous YSRCP government had supported BC communities through schemes like “Cheyutha” and “Chedodu”, which provided financial aid, equipment with subsidies, and interest-free loans. He emphasized that these initiatives benefited people across castes and professions.
“Government Must Ensure Fair Distribution”
Rao accused the current government of neglecting traditional occupational groups and depriving them of their rightful benefits. He demanded that the administration allocate BC loans impartially, without party bias, ensuring support for all eligible beneficiaries.
Several YSRCP leaders, including Lakshmipuram Sarpanch Kemburi Tejovati and K. Venkateswara Rao, participated in the event.
